Learning Companion
Sam is a valued member of the Cornerstone Companions team, supporting the delivery of programs through meaningful canine-assisted interactions. She is committed to creating safe, engaging environments where participants can build confidence, connection, and emotional awareness.

Prue
Learning Companion
Prue is a dedicated Learning Companion who supports the delivery of Cornerstone Companions programs. She brings a strong focus on creating positive, consistent experiences and fostering supportive environments for both participants and canines.

Maggie
Learning Companion
Maggie is a valued team member who contributes to the delivery of engaging and supportive program sessions. She works alongside participants and canines to foster connection, trust, and a sense of belonging.

Tabitha
Learning Companion
Tabitha supports the delivery of Cornerstone Companions programs with a focus on building positive relationships and encouraging participant engagement. She is committed to creating inclusive, supportive environments through canine-assisted interactions.

Sam R
Learning Companion
Samantha is a dedicated Learning Companion who contributes to creating nurturing and supportive program experiences. She focuses on promoting wellbeing, connection, and confidence through her work with participants and canines.
Our Head Trainer

Bridget
Head Trainer, Bridget's Canine Coaching
Bridget, from Bridget's Canine Coaching, is the Head Trainer for Cornerstone Companions. She leads all canine training, including weekly sessions, termly observations, and formal assessments, and oversees Public Access Tests and renewals to ensure all canines meet the highest standards for working in educational environments.

Each of our therapy dogs has undergone two years of conscious training and development to become certified canine therapy, neurodivergent- and trauma-informed therapy practitioners, delivering safe, supportive, and transformative experiences for every participant.

Molly
CavoodleMolly was the first canine to join Cornerstone Companions, paving the way for the program’s mission of connection and support. A friendly and affectionate Cavoodle, Molly is trained to an assistance dog level and certified as a therapy canine through PAT Dogs Australia, bringing comfort, confidence, and joy to every participant she meets.

Sable
Australian Cobber DogSable is a highly trained Australian Cobber Dog, brought into the program through a generous sponsorship by Teagan’s Australian Cobber Dogs. Trained to an assistance dog level and certified as a therapy canine through PAT Dogs Australia, Sable excels in providing calm, reliable, and nurturing support in all program sessions.

Maisie
Australian Cobber DogMaisie is a gentle Australian Cobber Dog with advanced training to assistance dog level. Certified as a therapy canine through PAT Dogs Australia, she brings warmth, patience, and companionship to all participants, making every session a positive and supportive experience.

Saige
CavoodleSaige is a lively Cavoodle who was generously donated to the program through Razorback Cavoodles and Parti Poodles. Trained to an assistance dog level and certified as a therapy canine through PAT Dogs Australia, Saige combines energy and empathy to engage and comfort participants across all programs.

Coco
CavoodleCoco is a friendly Cavoodle trained to an assistance dog level and certified as a therapy canine through PAT Dogs Australia. With a gentle disposition and a love for interaction, Coco brings calm, joy, and reassurance to all who meet her in program sessions.

Kya
Miniature Australian Cobber DogKya is a miniature Australian Cobber Dog trained to an assistance dog level and certified as a therapy canine through PAT Dogs Australia. Small in size but big in heart, Kya provides calm, steady support and creates meaningful connections with participants in every session.

Remi
CavoodleRemi is a cheeky and loveable Cavoodle, currently training to an assistance dog level and certified as a therapy canine through PAT Dogs Australia. With a playful spirit and an irresistible charm, Remi naturally draws people in, creating moments of connection, laughter, and comfort throughout every program session.
