At Cornerstone Companions, we're not there just for "moral support." We bring purposeful, evidence-based support that helps students stay calm, connected, and ready to learn.

Our elite teams bridge the gap between clinical theory and neurodivergence — each Learning Companions team has completed two years of intensive theory and practical assessment, demonstrating exceptional standards in public access behaviour, handler skill, and team communication.

Trauma-Informed

Every interaction is grounded in understanding and compassion.

Evidence-Based

Our programs are built on current clinical research and best practice.

Neuro-Affirming

We celebrate neurodivergence and adapt to every learner's needs.

Purposeful

Every session has clear goals aligned with educational outcomes.

What We Do

Purposeful Programs, Meaningful Outcomes

Every interaction at Cornerstone Companions is a purposeful, evidence-based intervention grounded in current research.

Regulation & Self-Management

Regulation & Self-Management

Our therapy dogs create a calming presence that helps students regulate their emotions. The rhythm of gentle interaction reduces stress and builds the foundation for learning and participation.

Task Persistence & Learning

Task Persistence & Learning

Tasks that feel challenging suddenly have purpose. With a companion beside them, students stay engaged — not just to finish, but to create something meaningful for a companion they care about.

Social & Emotional Growth

Social & Emotional Growth

With our therapy dogs beside them, students naturally begin to talk, share, and connect. The canine presence reduces pressure and helps social interaction feel safe and accessible.

"CSC is an amazing well-being program that caters for not just each organisation but for individuals within those organisations. I'm thankful that my son benefits from the program at daycare and will continue to benefit from the program at school too.
